So I have been changing the qclocations,xml file to add/change some entries, but the changed features never showed up in QC; this was happening with some similar TOW installs. In the end I decided to take one country name that I had changed, Country Name="3JD NJG3", and use notepad++ to see if it was anywhere else, and it turned up in facilities! For some reason, all these installs had a qclocations.xml file copy in that folder, which was messing with the game QC airfields list. Just FYI for how useful that app is!
