THEME MUSIC!

I switch back and forth Saving Private Ryan,Memphis Bell,Battle Of Britian Tora tora tora plus a few others.

RAF March Past, as a rule. I got rid of the rest on the grounds that it was too heavy or too foreign or both.

There is a trick that allows you to have many music themes. The first one played as you launch the game is always the same, but a new one is randomly choosen when ending flights ... nice touch (IMHO).

The trick is no more available at combatfs, as I can see. If you are interested, I can search my old addon library :)

OK, this is not that difficult : the UImusic is located in the main directory\sounds.xml
Locate the <bg>...</bg> tag related to UImusic, and replace by the following : (you should only retain the music files present in your sound folder !)

<bg class="UI" Looping="Yes" Random="Yes" Atten="0">
<!-- AFAIK the first one is always the 4th -->

Sounds like a melody... I HAVE A QUESTION...

I use 5 or 6 different uimusic files randmoly playing in the game, but let's remember my previous thread :

Hi,

When I used ETO 1.2 for the first time, I was nicely surprised about the default sound of the main menu. I allready modified My CFS3 music with BOB movie soundtrack, and Lili Marlene famous song, that are randomly playing with other good ones. I wanted to know more informations about this 30's or 40's music, what's the title and who played it ?

If anyone can tell me ?

Thank you.
