Looks a little strange as the maximum number of attendees is limited to 4000, great to see the countryside nice and green post drought conditions.
And FYI, next Indycar round will see Scott McLaughlin, current Supercar Champion, make his debut driving for Penske.

The Yamaha's are strong again in qualifying. A Honda at the first row and Miller as trouble maker.

All ingredients for an interesting start are there!

Cheers,
Huub

And just to keep the trend going the winner was the 8th new face this season!
Plus the World Championship has a new leader on a different manufacturer's bike.
:redfire:

Not a single Yamaha on the podium and the Honda at the podium, wasn't the one at the first row of the starting grid... And the Ducatis which were feared by Yamaha???

Another odd race!

And both Suzuki's on the podium Huub.

I get the BT Sport coverage which IMHO is really good, while having Suzie Perry as a presenter is a plus.
Very interesting comparison between the wheelbase between the manufacturers which explains some of the reasons for their braking, tyre degradation and general handling.
The Ducati has a wheelbase of 700+mm compared to most of the rest at around 500-520+/-mm, IIRC the KTM and Suzuki are the shortest while the Honda, Apprilia and Yamaha are a little longer.
So the Ducati is very stable but doesn't turn in as well, the Suzuki has probably the best all round balance with the rest occupying the middle ground.
Be interesting if HRC decide to keep Alex Marquez next year, personally I think Pol Espargo is not the right person to be teamed with Marc Marquez at all given their history.
:indecisiveness:
