• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Enjoyed that! Nice to see the Buckeyes still soldiering on, too. Wouldn't mind seeing a couple of the Greek examples before they're finally retired.

T-2s and Older Aircraft

Most (if not all) of the older military aircraft you see at Oshkosh are privately owned. So, those T-2s and L-39s are probably owned by former military pilots that have nothing better to do with a big chunk of change.

I have about 30 hours in a T-2 from time I spent at VT-10 and VT-86 (thanks Jim D. for the great KNPA scenery).

If you ever get a chance to go to Oshkosh -- GO!

Pure aircraft pr0n! I love it!!!!! Great stuff. One day I will visit Air Venture. There are 3 things I wanna do before I die. Air Venture, Reno, and Duxford. Common theme going? :jump:
