We've been having some issues here that cause some threads to be “un-viewable” in IE 11. The problem occurs when a thread title contains a “non-standard/non US English” character, such as the accent atop some letters, common in Europe. If these characters are part of the thread title, and you're using IE 11, you will receive an error message from the forum software saying there is no such thread. So, for now, don't do that, thanks!
