Thrustmaster TCA Throttle Oddity

When we go from Idle to full throttle there is a momentary stop of the throttles in the SIM ( not the quadrant ) at 50% for no more than a second and then it continues on towards full thrust . Checking the quadrant's actions in settings you do see a hesitation when moving the throttles. Stopped paying attention to it long ago but I'm now curious if anybody else with this peripheral has experience the same concern.

Sounds like there's a dead zone set up in the controller's function. Assuming you're not on a Xbox, go to the Start menu and open joy.cpl to pull up the controller properties. You should be able to control the dead zones from there. You can also set up dead zones in the sim's controller section, so check there too.

Tom , your the best ! Went to the Sim's controller section and sure enough the dead zone's were at "9" @#$!: Maybe I did something to the settings way back when, who cares !
Once again thanks for the suggestions.
