Time compress AFTER completing mission?

Can you use "warp" to get home AFTER sucessfully completing a campaign mission? I can't seem to advance the waypoint, so every time I "warp" it sends me back to just before the target.

Do you have to fly your plane all the way back home?
 
Try Shift + W to advance waypoint, plus check your compass if you held 320 to the target, it's 140 home

Hold the 140 for a few minutes, then Warp
