• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

About 2 weeks ago I came across a utility that altered the information in the right top corner and also the Ctrl-Z command. About a week later I had to do a restore from a back-up and now the utility is not on my computer and the changes I did with it are. I can't remember the name of it or I would search for it.
Did anyone here get that and use it? If so, what is the name of it and where can I get back a copy?

Are you by chance referring to a modified language.dll?

Did you modify it with Resource Hacker?

It was a little exe that altered the Ctrl+Z size, and let you choose to do away with the view titles in the top right and the info in the bottom left of the screen.
 
the restore point shouldn't have removed the download, so wherever you store your downloads would be a good place to look.
