TLOUPS USN personel object question

Hi.
What must you do to the files to be able to use the individual personel in MB loaded either as MB single objects or through the aircraft file?

If it is the TL Crew download,they are set up as aircraft. They go into the aircraft folder. If you want to use them as ground objects you need to change the static _cg_ height=0.14 and the static_pitch+0.If you want to use them on a carrier get the one in the readme .That is the one they were made for.

i did the 2 mods in the cfg File, deleted cdp,added panel and texture folders, added pic in info file,but still it doesnt appear in the aircraft panel,any ideas?
