Tower Beacons

Anyone recall who did another set of effects files to replace the default tower beacons and/or strobes? Is there a list somewhere that says which files are used for default beacons or AI aircraft? Couldn't find anything under search. Thanks.

I seem to recall Willy linking some tower beacons in the freeware gems thread, might be mistaken.
