I would say, not much you can do. . .Nepal would be the worst place to try to get AI traffic going because many of the airports are difficult to get to. AI traffic would want to follow a straight line into the airport and I've flown a lot of the Nepal airports and I can't think of many that have that advantage. You're right, they'll run into the mountains.
