Trouble recognizing 2nd Saitek throttle

I've been having a hard time trying to get my 2nd Saitek throttle quadrant to be recognized in CFS3. Has anyone else had this issue?

I don't know if it's possible to list it as something else to get the controls to work or not. They both show up fine in FSX.
