Trouble with game two games running

I have now, after a reformatting, two CFS3 games ETO 1.5 and PTO. When I made the PTO game I used Martin's multi CFS3 tool.

Both games run fine but my issue is I can run one game, close it out by the menu. Then when you try to run the other game, I get the error message "that there is another game running". I looked at the task manager and there is nothing listed, so it must be in the background somewhere.

I don't really know what is going on here. The first game must not close all entries somewhere?

Anyone else ran into this issue, and what can I do to fix it?
