Trying to find author of Welschap 1944 scenery

i found this half finished scenery on a back-up HD i haven't looked at in a while and i rather like it. there is a read-me included by someone named only Jan, im hoping he's a forum member as i'd like to drop him a line, this ring any bells with anyone?
