Here's what you've been waiting for, folks !
It's the T-37B from SWS.

The model shown is a very early external-only preview, but the project is progressing.

The final model will be P3Dv4 only.

Hi Dave,

The SWS "Tweet" is looking great.

BTW, is SWS still supporting their website at simworksstudios.com and their forum?

I can usually access their website, but it seems to be quite outdated.

Whenever I try to access their forum it recognizes my login, but posts a Database Error that states,"Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator."

Thanks for any information or help you might be able to provide,

I'm getting that as well. I've reported the issue, but no change as yet.

Another of the many add one I'm looking forward to, whenever it gets completed. Thanks for the preview pics. :encouragement:

Certainly looks seriously beautiful ! :applause:

What is SWS, please ?.... Does it have anything to do with the FS9 Tweet created by RW T-37 pilots ? ( i wouldn't be surprised.... and it certainly looks that way). That was a seriously fantastic endeavour as well. IIRC it never made it to a native FSX version.

Thanks for the HU! :encouragement:

Gents our website is down due to a serious technical problem. We are working on temporarily fixing it until we get a new, better page up.

Glad to see you like the tweet! Some of the old Tweet devs have their hands in it, such as Jamal who did the 3D model for both this and Microsim.

The bird is undergoing a total makeover in PBR, so you will soon see shots of the new one. Unfortunately I can't type 1000 words to describe a WIP picture...

If you look at the signature of post #9 in this thread.....

still working away on implementing the PBR into the paint schemes... good fun though and really like what it has brought to the simulator!

This is going to be amazing!

Matt, any hint of the Greek version?

I believe that the Greek Tweet was the T-37C - or a variant of that.
This SWS package is - at the moment - only the T-37B.

The T-37C would have a different set of external models, different FDE and a different VC.

Wait and see.....

Hellenic Air Force had a mixed bag, some were B's, others were C's... a good example is the T-37 'Mystras' of 361MEA; many label this as a T-37C when in actuality once you trace its serial and look at the configurationn it is a B variant ;)

25 were ordered (T-37C) in 1964, then in 1988 10 T-37B's were received from the Royal Jordanian Air Force... the C's were painted Silver Orange while the B's were in the white version... an at a glance giveaway is the antennae fit on the 2 types with the C having the Upper antennae fairing.

Too bad Rdaniell didn't live to see this. It would have warmed his old zoomie heart.

My thoughts exactly Obie. This one and the AH C140 would have made him very happy. He is missed.

Matt, Dave, thanks also for the info on the Greek versions. I have not done my research.
