    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Two more Spitfires - HF Mk.IXc

We haven't released all our Spitfire IXs yet, so just to keep your interest up, here are two of a type which has not yet been made available for Northern European installs.

These are HF Mk.IXc aircraft, fitted with the high altitude Merlin 70 engine. Both are from Czech squadrons, as the relatively rare HF IX seemed to be their principal mount in late 1944 and early 1945.

Got them installed and must say Great Job!! Thanks a million. Nice to see some Czech pilot flown fighters for the ETO. Now for some clipped wing Mk IX's.... Cheers,Scott
