Uggh, 2d panels gone

I know this is an easy fix, but some of my aircraft are missing the 2d panels. Where did they go?

What do you see instead? Is it just a clear view ahead? Try pressing the w key once or twice.

It is just a clear forward view. like the cockpit graphic and instruments are gone. This screenshot was from the challenger 2 after I pressed the w key. I get the mini panel but thats it. I press it again and it goes away.

Is there one in the first place?

You will get this displayed if someone has done a VC but no 2D panel for the ac.

If it's the one in a package by Bill Lyons, then there is NO 2D panel. In the panel folder is the panel.cfg that shows window.00 (Main) with gauge.00= nothing.
