There is a "setup.exe and a Prepar3D.msi" I think in the installation folder once everything is unzipped. I tried using the setup.exe but ran into problem that cut it off about 75% into the installation. I ran the msi program and it installed completely with no problems.I am trying to uninstall v2.2 so I can install the full version of 2.3 (2.3 update will not download due to issues). A dialog box comes up which says C:\Windows\Installer\Prepar3d v2 msi. I cleaned out all facets of 2.2 in the registry but no success. Any ideas?

I know that even with a complete uninstall, if you were to go to the registry, you'd find that there are a lot of entries still remaining. It's possible that the installer is still finding those and assuming that it's still installed.Tried reinstalling as per your instructions, seems like there are still remnants of 2.2 installed. Dialog box tells me to go to Add Remove Programs to uninstall 2.2. Uninstall was not successful as another dialog box came up and told me there was a network error. Did a search of drive D and could not find any data referring to v2.2. I'm lost.
Went into registry and deleted everything I could find relating to v2.2 but no luck as the v2.3 installer is telling me that there are remnants of v2.2. But darn if I can find them.
