Was at this coastal place (Lennox Head NSW) today watching the whales jumping around off the point. Later I was checking something else out and found someone found another way to advertise land sales in the area.

The Welsh have cottoned onto this idea long ago...though not necessarily for sales,but more as a way of expressing their feelings towards low level aircraft ...

Many years ago during Vietnam one of our photo birds ran a road recce mission that started on Hwy 1 near Quang Tri. Along the road some clever bunch of Seabees or other engineers had carved the "F-word" into the ground. They must have used one of those big Euclid graders because the letters were huge. Too much free time I guess.
