V-22 Osprey just a tad hyper active

I have Vladamir Whathisname's V-22 Osprey, with an update for FS2004 done by another guy (can't remember who...installed, tested, liked and deleted the zip file). The plane/helo/? flies much better after the installation of the updated air and config files, but with throttle all the way back, the craft will roll and gain speed when the parking brakes are released. Seems as though the minimum idle is set too high. And in flight, the craft doesn't slow down all that quickly even with throttle at 0.

What areas of the air and config file would I need to adjust to get the idle idled back a bit more?

Oh, and as an aside on the subject of the Osprey...does anyone have the Alpha Sim one? How is it? Worth getting? The Vlad one is okay, but no VC and some of the parts are mirrored and others are colored through the MDL material and for some odd reason neither MDLcolor or MDLmaterial (both by Martin Wright) reads a single material setting within the MDL file. If the Alpha Sim one is worth getting, I might add that to my Christmas wish list.

I have the alpha osprey, had it for a while. Mine is all modded out with Rob's vtol guage, nick's dust, shockwave lights, and 2 generations of panel upgrades. I even threw in two sets of rotorwash on mine. Just an awesome bird :applause:

it is definitely a worthy addition to your hangar if you are interested into VTOL aircrafts . just do not forget to install the gauge by [SIZE=-1]Rob Barendregt .

OBIO,

I had the same problem a while ago with that Osprey you are talking about so I decided to buy the Alpha Sim version. The AS Osprey is a pretty cool bird especially with Rob's VTOL gauge.
