'V8 Supercars Headed To Texas In 2013'

The Dickhead who is CEO of V8 Supercars, one Tony Cochrane, thinks he's another Bernie.
He's not!!!
I think it would be great if 'our' series had a run at a new venue like Texas (certainly beats the present 'Sand and Sandals' circus!) but I wonder who will pay the freight?
Most of the teams run on fairly tight budgets.

Speaking of Texas, why do we not see any support for Ben Spies, Colin Edwards and Nicky Hayden (OK ...... Nicky is from Kentucky.) in this forum?
Ben is really flying, Nicky is battling on with a recalcitrant Ducati but he's staying the course, and Colin is doing amazing things, riding to a podium finish one week after breaking a collar bone.
All of them excellent ambassadors for America into the bargain.

I'll get 'orf me soapbox now.

I'm with you on this one. Heard the anouncment on the news a couple of days ago but I can't see where the money is going to come from either.

Simply not enough wheels for me. More power to them though.

I used to follow Moto-GP religiously in the days of Sarron, Mamola, Spencer, Roberts, Lawson....

Not anymore though...
