VAT question

was thinkin of orderin the game but have a query regardin VAT. on the order screen there is a charge of 11.21 USD for VAT. u guys ship from the US right?

i just ordered a game from NWS (naval warfare simulations) last week who also ship from the US and there was no VAT charge. just wonderin whats up with that.

They should charge VAT most countries seem to cross charge now. Guess it depends on the company if they are up to speed etc
Or if not and it comes into customs and they tax you and charge you extra usually!
If you do get customs charge at least you can prove you paid VAT.

its no big deal. just made me jump a little as the tax pushed the game over the £50 sterling mark which is more than ive ever paid for a PC game.

i assume everyone here is givin it the thumbs up for value?

the combat report thread above does make it sound impressive.
