Just giving a glimpse into my latest FSX film still in production featuring the Superbug once again as the star! Since I don't have the TacPack, all scenes are accomplished through ingenuity and a little bit of FSX "movie magic" ;)

In this cut scene, a Russian MiG-29 that has engaged a flight of two Superbugs tries to make a run for it and is blown out of the sky by a close range AIM-9X shot. As for the music, if you hate it, don't worry -- it's just to keep this video from being completely silent. The music is kind of emo sounding so by all means please turn it down if you hate it. ;) Working on doing a lot of actual audio for the finished film so it'll have plenty of jet noise and booms. :) Trying to use some new techniques in views to keep things exciting/interesting and simulating heavy G on the aircraft.

Yep, I heard the same thing from someone else. I'll have to put up a silent picture with no audio.

Oh and that is the old freeware Iris Fulcrum. Still looks great.
 
I liked it. Good angles on the engagement. Too bad you had to shoot down that pretty Iris Mig. Always liked that one.

Really though, I look forward to the whole movie.
 
Thanks guys! It's fun to try finding ways to make your own "special effects".
