VFR Photographic Scenery...now half price!

a download option would just be completely impracticable ... if i remember right when installing each area is about 64GB :icon_eek:

I may get the western islands of Scotland anyway so I can buzz my favorite distillery.
 
i'll just add a footnote here, the 64GB is for the England and Wales packs only, not sure how big the scottish ones are :engel016:
 
Just as big, 7 dual layer DVD's but nice to fly in. Just a little "washed out" in colour compared to England & Wales Volumes.
 
Installed the Irish volumes today...40GB of hard drive space required. First thing I did was to take a flight over my own house (as you do :icon_lol:) and was surprised that the photo tiles appear to be ~7 years out of date! Still, it's well worth the sale price and it'll be a big help with my virtual VFR flights around Ireland.
I'm going to leave the sim pc to defrag tonight in readiness for some more flights tomorrow.
 
the ones around here are about that outta date as well! think its taken em that long to actually get all the photos!

I ordered the Ireland volumes, was hesitant to pay full price for both due to the fact that they seem to have the worst PR folks around! :isadizzy:
