Video and monitor question

ok,im going to upgrade my video card and power supply.but my 27 inch PC monitor has no base,i have a 1080i (or p) 32 inch tv id like to use,but will it be futile to upgrade the video card and then use only a 1080 tv?..should i just use the 27 on a arm stand?...after using the 55inch tv for a monitor for so long, the 27 is puny.i also am going to leave the flight sim stuff all setup on my table ill be using, and then on the other end ill set up my steering wheel etc,i will just slide the tv or monitor whatever back and forth, but the flight sim will be used most im sure.

so bottomline, will the 32" tv be ok?...btw,i just dont want jaggies and id like higher FPS,will the tv "bottleneck" the frames?...

If your graphics card is giving you the fps you want and the picture you want, it will work just as well with any 1080p monitor. The resolution is the same 1920 X 1080.

i was told so,me time ago that one of the things needed is a powerfull power supply,so its not over taxed,i want to get a GTX 9XX,and atleast an 850w power supply,i think im only at 500 now.

I am running two 970 cards with a 1000 watt power supply. I have run several graphics cards with a 750 watt card. 800 should be plenty good. The 970 card series are supposed to be cooler running than cards like the older GTX 780 Ti card I had before buying the 970s.
