That is EXCELLENT work! Will be nice to see that one done. I hope they put in a bit of weathering on the interior; scuffing and scratches for a little bit of a lived in look.

I was thinking this my own, but then again good old Shockwave (A2A) B-29 has pretty close that coulour cockpit. And if you look at this:Is it my monitor or is the green kinda bright?
Yes, that wouldn't be a big task to darken them a bit.I toned down the green vc textures in the B17 as they did seem a little too vibrant to me so it wouldn't be a biggie to do the same for the B29.
Virtavia, for gawds sake, will you correct that fuselage shape before you release this ! Please !!!
What do you feel is wrong with it?

How do you do that? Is a paint program needed?
I was thinking myself that with Paintshop you could add some black layer above the texture with low opacity and merge the image. With this method, you could also alter a colour shade somewhat, using for example gray, blue, yellow etc. layer if you want to. I haven't ever done this, but this is how I would do try to do it "quick and dirty".How do you do that? Is a paint program needed?
regarding the shape of the underside fuselage towards the rear bomb bay, I will bring it up to the boss, but that's about the best I can do. No guarantees.
I just used DXTBmp and as an editor I use Irfanview (freeware). I have no painting skills whatsoever but it's easy enough just to change the tone or brightness.
