I have owned the Virtavia HU-16 Albatross for some years now since I first got it for FSX. I saw somewhere here or at AVSIM a post about converting it to P3D V4 by someone and the reply was that it is STILL payware. That IS true but only at SimShack online. Virtavia does not sell it nor does SimMarket or Flightsim.com. I installed it to my desktop to inspect it and convert it for my own use but found out after testing to see if I could just upload it into the simobjects/airplanes that it does not require any conversion. It has 6 models and lots of textures that come with it. You can download the paintkit at Virtavia in the freeware section and it is psd's identical to the 8 dds files in each texture specific file. Here is a screenshot at:
Christiansted Harbor Seaplane Base (IATA: SSB, FAA LID: VI32), also known as St. Croix Seaplane Base, is located in the harbor by Christiansted, Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. This private-use airport is owned by the Virgin Islands Port Authority.[1] The sea base is home to Seaborne Airlines U.S. Virgin Islands, the only multi-engine sea plane airline operating in the United States.
I am going to look for photos and do that as a custom texture and share it. This is one of the textures from the Virtavia download.
The VC is I agree with the reviewers of it that is "not bad". Pete Perrott did a nice job for when it was created and has not (to the best of my knowledge) ever been upgraded. The GOOD THING is you can fly it on Prepar3D V4.5 "right out of the box". It has the original autopilot modeled but also a popup of the Bendix-King comm, nav and adf. It also has a popup of a GPS-295. I will be adding more Bendix-King into that Window 1 of a transponder and an autopilot and swapping out the GPS for the GNS-530 as I normally do. There may be a few more popups if I find I need anything else to fly easily. I am also going to do HotKeySelect in the Cameras so that I can easily get around the cockpit because on my first inspection, the hatswitch navigation of the overhead etc. is difficult. That is MY review of it. I am looking forward to investigating more about Seaborne Airlines and where and when they fly. Stay tuned!
