This is a repaint only for the Aeroplane Heaven Early Corsair and Megapack releases. This repaint depicts Vought F4U-1A Corsair Bu #17799 owned and operated by the Planes of Fame Museum, Chino, CA. This aircraft is actually the oldest Corsair currently flying. While it is known that this aircraft went to the Pacific, its combat assignment and record is not known.
