Does anybody know a way I can add GPS to the PSS Vulcan. Or a download that can add it.

Maybe try something like this, copied from the default c172

Added to the Panel CFG.
If you feel really keen you could play around with the Carousel INS system that's available (used on the Vulcan in the Falklands). It's a fun system to play with. The URL for it is below, if you want to see how that get's implemented the David Maltalby Vickers VC-10 is a good example.
