Thats great Lewis, Mucho-Gracias for the leads! Too bad CFS3 just didnt go ahead and include a double-disc set,(1)European theatre & (2) Pacific theatre in one neat & complete game!

Now if you didnt know this,I just recently,(This week) installed the microsoft-mission builder.Now you may ask,"How the heck were you creating missions before without the mission builder??". Well,pretty much completely from scratch,and using the resources available. The in-game map,other mission files for reference and so on. Was hoping the builder let you use "Buildings" after I found the other installment,(which I believe is terrains?) wouldnt work on my computer. Cant update any windows components (I think is the problem),because I had it wiped clean and it seems I dont have a "Genuine" Windows installment. Really wanted to use warehouses,harbors and even make Pearl-City,but since I dont have the "Terrains" builder,I miss out on that part.

...Otherwise,not bad for a Dec 7th remake. When I'm happy with it, I'll put it on my site for anyone that would like to see how I did.

wyld thats pretty good for slaping ford island togeather.have you given a thought about building cities? we're in desperate need of upgradeing what few major cities we have.

Would absolutley love to slip! Gonna have to fill me in though. Be aware that
I'm still minus the actual ETO and PTO. But anything I can do with my stock
game and map and the microsoft "builders" I'd be glad to.(lol,dont worry Grizz!,I havent given up yet!)

If I need to get the rest of that installment on here Slip,I'll figure out how
to get the windows either updated or something. I know I couldnt use the
terrains builder and it gave me an error message. Hopefully thats a hurdle that wont be impossible to get over.

I'll finish this Pearl mission first though and give you a fair idea how I'm working with what I got. Thanks! <O, <<S>>/Wyld45

Just may get a chance to tweak the land masses and water of this standalone theater to 1940 configurations when my present endeavors in the 2010 mid term elections allow my spare time to once again be devoted to CFS3.

Bob can you make a scenedb.cfg file for Stump Jumper's Pearl Harbor base and facilities?

I do not have scenedb installed in any Europe theater. But here is the .cfg file text. The coordinates will have to be tweaked because of the rounding error when using a conversion tool to decimal degrees. Also the elevations will have to be tweaked as well. Not having scenedb installed I was not able to do that. Just copy and paste into notepad. save as a .cfg file.

Had to break out the pearl map off google and made some corrections. Seem to have problems with the
frame rate on this particular mission though. I'm thinking all that flak may affect it, I've tried fewer planes and it still has the "stop-motion" in certain areas. Anyone wants to try it out and give me feedback on any tweaking, I'll have it on my site this weekend but noted as "incomplete".

One of the corrections,couldnt remember the exact ships on the other side of "Battleship-Row", which was, Detroit,Raleigh,Utah
and the "Tangier" which was a modified cargo ship fitted for sea-planes.
 
Your FPS killer is using the Battleships ( Wisconsin ).In PTO we used the p_cruiser which was made from the a_cruiser than made into a facility and didn't fire guns.The same thing was done with the Fletcher and cargo ships.Saved alot of frames.

Thanks Talon,thats pretty much what I thought was causing the FPS problem. Anyone tried to just
modify the BB's weapons file?...if weapons are the problem that is.
