Prepare that hand the night before... .You would not believe the amount of times you have to put the 'ole signature on papers for a house..... geez louise.... i think the stack was 3 inches high! Congrats Wulf! Welcome to the wonders that are, home ownership!

Just remember until the title is in YOUR hands the bank owns it, good luck and NEVER miss a payment. Also NEVER get a 'balloon' loan, a fixed rate is usually best.
