rpjkw, i agree 100% with all that you said. for a long time, i have said the only way to fix things now is another revolution.

There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Honestly, this makes me really MAD !
Why is it impossible to at least take away the privileges and money from the guys who got rich making easy cash by swindling everyone else?
Every little bit helps !
Every dollar taken away from a wall street fraud instead from someone earning an honest wage is worth the effort!

The desire to run for public office should be treated like a mental illness and automatically disqualify you from the position.
Draft politicos just like jurors.
As for the AIG guys... I'd lock 'em in a room and have a black-hooded guy come in with a whip. He tells 'em "I have 440,000 lashes to distribute amongst you guys. You get to determine the distribution, DISCUSS.' Come back in 3 days and tell them there is a one-time offer on the table: $880,000 to avoid the lash, each.
I seriously doubt that the phrase 'I want a lawyer' would be heard.
