July 6TH Truckee Ca,will have its airshow at the truckee airport for the first time in 16 years..Bud is the guest of honor.he has other duties as well i guess,he will also be at the airshow at south lake tahoe in august and at Oshkosh this year as well.

but if you are in California..and Norcal speciffically..on friday july 5th..you can have dinner with him at truckee,for the per airshow dinner..$50 bucks a head.

The Friday, July 5 Honorary Dinner in Hangar One at the Airport will honor Triple Ace, WWII Veteran and AirShow Grand Marshal, Clarence “Bud” Anderson. A catered dinner by When Pigs Fly BBQ is open to the public and includes a silent auction, no host bar, a presentation by Bud and a chance to mingle with performing pilots. Cost is $50 per person. A limited number of tickets are on sale now at the Truckee Tahoe Airport or online.
