not sure i shared or not....but i have a very large growth on my thyroid...its growing rapidly..doubled in three weeks...they did a ultrasound needle biospie last thursday...just got the results call..its benine (sp)..so once again ive been found to be cancer free..this is my thrid scare this year alone.
i go see dr tomorrow and do blood work..find out later what is going to happen as to removal or what.

Both my twin sisters were diagnosed with this same thing.

I might have mentioned this before, but I'll say it again. I urge everyone to pray that Cancer will be cured soon. That the desease will become a thing of the past, destroyed, wiped out, desomated... I pray for this every morning.

I am one who has survived intestinal cancer (1995) and have gone through three prostate biopsies since 1997, all thanks be to God coming back negative, But because of that dreaded bastard cancer, I have to have a PSA test twice a year, a biopsy any time my PSA peakeks about 8, and a colonoto, every fiver years, Cancer killed my father, my maternal grandmother, two of my uncle, my aunt, and my childhood cousin. Of all of mankind's enemies, cancer is the utmost, because it does not discriminate, it will attack anyione regardless of race creed, color, gender, or age. It is time for a world effort to eliminate it, even at the expense of stem cell research. I don't call that playing God, I call that using the tools God gave us to better eliminate the evils in Satan. Cancer is the product of Satan and I feel a defeat of cancer is a win for the Lord.

However, it might be a good move to eliminate the benign growth sooner rather than later.
According to my darlin' wife (aka 'The Surgeon') it could be treatable through non-invasive techniques.

As for 'Cancer', it's only a word, not a sentence.

I can say that as I've just today (Wednesday) finished 40 days of Radiation Therapy for Prostate Cancer, on top of the radical surgerey to remove the Prostate last March.
My definition of Cancer is very basic, I believe it's just a bloody inconvenience, but I tend to take the positive view.

Now I get to wait 6 weeks to be officially informed that 'Jimmy Dancer' has left the building ........ which I know myself as of now.
 
I heareing that neww must have been a big relief as I have experienced the thing. I agree with wombatt, don't wait to long to get it treated.
