Waterspray helo effect

Does anybody have a good rotor spray effect that I could use for some of my helicopters (or where I could get one)? All I'm looking for is maybe a cloud of water or dust.

Dunno about the water spray, but Nibbio has an effect for "vehicle dust" which might be modified for your use.

You'd better have a strong vid card ... as this has the potential to be heavy on frame-rates.

Not bad. I got the idea from Akemi's website, it showed an A6M2 taking off with a cloud of dust behind it, and I thought I might as well try and find something similar for the helos too.

Hi Jim

what you need is

fx_rtr_wtr.fx --use in the .cfg replacing the panel light

of course you need to use it in conjunction with the greenghost gauge for amphibians in your panel

They both work great, I have the waterspray effect set up for my Navy helos and the dust for my USAAF birds, have a lot more eye candy now!
