What's the significance of the extr red after the two kill marks, partial kills?

Looks very nice. This is going to be one of my first purchases after I get a job!

Thank you for the link!

I still am interested in the details on the actual aircraft.
Thank you for the link. I just became a member of this forum today. Best Wishes.

Hello eagledocf15 ~

I used several different references in general to the 361st found in publications which I own and also those that may be found via the internet. Two specific internet site references I used are (1) Little Friends website here http://www.littlefriends.co.uk/gallery.php?Group=361 One is a B&W photo and the other is a color profile of the subject by Nick King.

Regarding that color profile, there is some discussion as to whether the colored accents on the tail and flying surface tips should be red or blue. They are shown as red by Mr. King, which is the way I chose to show them.

...and (2) on the photo archives page for the 361st FG here http://www.361fg.com/Main/Enlarge/374fs/p51bsca.htm
This is the same B&W photo found on Little Friends but with a few details added in a caption.

Regards
Duckie

Panels on the side of the aircraft

Ccan you provide an enlargement of the panel illustrations for the side of the aircracft? Thanks

that doesn't work for me...?

Sorry Jankees, my cable has been up and down (mostly) since last Thursday due to storms in Atlanta. I didn't even get to one of my weekly online flight nights :banghead:

But things may be looking up. According to my first wife, the "cable guy" was out this morning (9-22-09) and has restored the service to our neighborhood, so I'll try to get to it probably tomorrow P.M. EDT.

Both Scarlet Kate, HERE, and Ferocious Frankie, and HERE, have been "re-uploaded" to the SOH Library and are accessable for download under their original places.

You can also look in the authors list under lilduckfoot2.

Thank you Douglas and crew for your fast response.

Cheers,
Duckie
