It's no longer available for sale. The dev has a Discord, but poking around there (man, I prefer old-fashioned forums for this kind of info...) so far the dev hasn't said what the future plans are for it.

You have to acknowledge the Discord's rules by clicking the eyeballs, then it'll open up all the sections and allow you to post.

Ahh, I've got it now - in the menu on the top left, click on > JUST GENERAL CHAT, then click on # rules, then click on the eyeballs at the bottom of the page.
