Tell me they won't sell Abbey Road Studio's Henry, it ain't fair! It wasn't just the Beatles who recorded music there, plenty of other bands did too!! What's going on over there in the UK anyway, they already got rid of the "Cavern", is nothing sacred concerning this great historical music studio? Hopefully Sir Paul McCartney will step in and help,lol

actually i have recorded there
with George Martin
that would be a crime to put it to any use other than it is
it should be a National trust building
or keep it in operation
some people have no interest in history
that place is a legend just like Buckingham Palace

its not the same anymore
last October when i was home i took my Daughter and her husband
to carnaby st one of my ould haunts
he wanted a Manchester united football shirt:isadizzy:
it certainly is not the same
and while i was there hey lets go down Wardour st
theres the Marquee club and trident studios
2 more of my old haunts
im getting old didnt see either
even Shreveport still has the municipal auditorium
where Elvis was

That's good to hear, that it will be protected. I can understand progress and building new things, but when its done without thinking, I don't understand it at all!
