• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

hi everyone,last September i had a heart issue,congestive heart failure,two of the doctors told me had i not gone to ER when i did,id have died by that afternoon....i dont know how they would know that,but it is what it is i guess.

that day i weighed 510 pounds,on January 1st 2015,i still weighed 510,yesterday i got on the scales and i weighed 415,i checked again this morning to confirm it,,,still 415!!!...95 lbs loss !!

lol phrog phixer..,and panther?..no..no..cant say anything else..lol.....in all seriousness...thank you all for the congrats and encouragement ,means alot to me...lots of water..cutting back on the amount i was eating..not what i was eating...amazes me how that worked..like tonight i made french toast,i used the saralee texas toast,nice and thick,i made two for my dad and i,and one for mom,i could barely get down just one,but dad ate his two and they halved my second one.then he compained about how much weight hes gained lately..i didnt dare say a word to him as he was in the hand slap on his chair,eyes darting back and forth and saying "i cant take it,im to nervous !! ",oh well..
