What ever came of the B-24 lawsuit

A while back there was a pretty lengthy thread about a 3D modeler being sued/suing over his 3d digital model of a B-24. What ever came of all that mess?

I don't know but I'll tell them to GTFO since we advertise there name with evey model we make.
