What File Controls Adding Pilots to Campaigns?

I just added one of Rami's Campaigns to the MTO but it won't let me add any British pilots.

I tried changing the allegiance of one of my Tuskegee pilots but it won't recognize it.

So, bottom line, what file or module do I need to replace to be able to add pilots?

Which campaign? Malta? Pedestal? Western Desert?

Will it let you add a pilot for another nationality?

I'm guessing the country.cfg, or you can only have one pilot at a time.

It could also be the campaign file.

I fooled it. I added a pilot in Tuskegee Airmen with no missions, opened it in PILOTLOGS and changed his allegiance to 1 instead of 7.

It worked and now will let me add more British pilots as well as USAAC.

I will do that with Italian and German as I go along.

I am guessing if I added the original, pristine, unused CFS2 PILOTLOGS files to the install it will let me add to whichever I want.

I will try and get back to you all.
