what happen

Hi All:

I am using FS9 and all of a sudden the W, Shift W, or ctrl W key have stopped working. The W key does work in other applications. any suggestion would be appreciated.

I don't know why it happened but further checking reveled that most of the default key assignments were missing so clicked on the reset default keys and that fixed the problem
