I had some extra cash so I wanted to buy one of their planes, but the entire Donationware site is down and defaults back to SoH. Does anyone know what happened?

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

What happened to Donationware.net?

All downloads are "down" right now..
When the get the servers worked out the Donationware files are ALL free now..
Use your money to help with the servars funds..
The Admin here gave everyone the Donationware files as gifts..
So, send the extra money to SOH, they really need it to keep all of this up and running..

They all went freeware a few weeks ago and are available here under the 'SOH Donationware' user name.
However, the downloads are disabled at the moment due to Ickie & Co. moving the files to the new server.
Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. Thank you for your support and here's some light music to pass the time while you wait.

and is in the process of being replaced.

Well, since they're free, can someone send me a link to the F4F Wildcat? I really liked the P-36, that's my favorite fighter to fly, it was definitely worth what I paid! I want to try out landing an authentic wildcat on the freeware Lexington!!
