    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

What happened to the aircraft from Storms One Drive?

The Good News: I have all of his aircraft on my system
The Bad News: There trapped in a 3 year old install with 200GB of planes alone
The Worse News: I'm migrating to FSX: SE due to performance benefits

Basically i either need to find out where all of his planes went (I must have them all, there an staple of my hanger) or i need to figure out how to extract them from my old install. Any ideas?
 
If your old install is still there you should be able to drag the aircraft folders into the new one. You can see what gauges are needed from the panel.cfg, and what effects from the aircraft.cfg, and find them in the old install and drag them over. Alternatively you could just drag the effects and gauges folders across, though this would bring a lot of unwanted ones as well as those required.

Before trying this, though, wait to give people who know more than I do to warn you against it!
