Can anybody help me out to solve this graphics issue?

The Land far away is mixed with different colors and lines.... Whats up?

Hi AT,

the last time I saw something like that it was a video card memory issue. in my case I had a dodgy card and it would came and go. replaced the card never saw it again.

HTH's

regards Rob.

I had this problem with the line
<Budgets PatchPixelDim="128" MinPatchDimUseThumb="4096">
in the Terrains\terrdata.zip\compositetexturebudget.xml or asset\compositetexturebudget.xml

When installing some improved file, 256 was too much for my graphic card and i set it back to 128, then all runs fine.

Okay I opened the file and it is set at 128, and this graphic issue still persists. Wil a setting at 265 run better on an Intel processor for XP or not?

Sure, you can edit this in Notepad, as xml is merely text. AFAIK, 128 or 256 is the memory amount available for rendering details. So higher means more details.
It appears that your problem is different from mine. Maybe playing with size of display and number of colors can help ?
