What misions have you enjoyed?

SOH-CM-2023
It seems to me that the candy makers get all the credit and I am all for that as otherwise there would be nothing good to make missions. However I rarely see applause for those making missions with the candy! They are the guys which actually give the simmers the opportunity to play with the goodies; both single and mp missions.
Would you guys like to state which missions have really grabbed you, and if you remember, who made them. I am thinking both new ETO missions, pre ETO, MAW, and even payware provided missions. Give support to thsese guys as they often feel left out in the comments here.:wiggle:

My favorite missions are historical ones.

I enjoyed Wulfman missions and especially those for MAW, the ones that have been removed from V1.31. I've seen this week that they are available to download at Simviation as an updated package.

I also enjoyed the USAAF Beaufighter missions in ETO V1.02, the ones in the Med area.

TW, thanks for the invitation and I will fly with you guys some after 1.2 is released.

Regards,

Steve

From what I can see they rather the eye candy than missions to show it off.Silent Majority speaks again. Now what if no missions were done for ETO,MAW or PTO?There would be alot of complaining.

I remember one of the first complaints with ETO "No BoB missions".They came out a day later.

I've re-descovered West 40 missions made by Craig for ETO, they are really fantastic, this is how I like missions: realistic as much as possible (frontline position, aircraft involved, date, location....). I also espacially like all the historical details in the briefing-debriefing section.

On the afternoon of 18th August 1940 a large group of German bombers (Do17s, Ju88s and He111s) attacked Kenley and Biggin Hill Fighter Bases from the east. At the same time a small flight of Do17's attacked Kenley at low altitude from the south. You will lead a flight of Hurricanes to intercept and attempt to prevent the bombers from bombing the bases.

MGM Battle of Britain
This is a collection of missions based on the 1969 MGM film Battle of Britain. The missions are named so they can be played in a sequence that follows the film timeline and storyboard. Included is a list of required aircraft and their download links.

Thanks to SOH, AVHistory, Groundcrew and Fouteman for allowing us all to download these superb aircraft.

:gossip: I also have tried these Wulfman missions for MAW, the ones that have been removed from V1.31 and they are very good ! :gossip:
