6 hand built home made miniature gas turbines power this beast.

...fortunately for those pilots that were left! Very interesting model Kev, what's it like to fly?

Sadly not my model. I wish it were.

This was the maiden flight and resulted in 2 of the 6 turbines flaming out, as you can see in the third picture.

The pilot said it was very stable but lacked any real grunt. Uprated turbines would help.
