Whatever happened to "The LZ"

I think it was www.thelz.com but it doesn't work anymore. It's been a long time since the last time I visted the site. Just curious what happened to it. They had some good payware helicopters.

They just vanished. I had a few panels, sounds and one scenery from there. When I tried to find them a while back I got nowhere.
 
That is really too bad, I purchased a few helicopters from them and enjoyed them.
