Wheelcam for FS9?

Does anyone know the name/version of the program that is like Wheelcam that works for FS9?
I had this installed some time ago and now can't locate where I downloaded it. Seems like it was a Czech FS site perhaps?
 
So, this is similar to Active Camera, the freeware for FS2002/Payware for FS22004 utility? Does this have the same features?
