Hmmmmm...good one Sean,
An N reg microlight, so US registered (but doesn't mean it is in the US), can't see anything on the C172. The civvy service vehicles look American or Canadian, the tractor is a US Ford/Fordson (I think?). It's winter, the first pic is that night time? so therefore it doesn't get absolute dark, so maybe far north, but which country???
Can you ski AND sunbathe in Alaska or Canada ha ha?
I think it could be Washington State near Seattle or maybe the Vancouver or Whistler area of Canada?
or am I stone cold.....and it's in your State of Virginia!

Well the hint is in the sentence, and no its not in the US. But it is close(ish) to the US. If no one gets it, I'll post some more pics this weekend.

We have a a winner: Collingwood Airport (TC LID: CNY3) is a medium-sized registered aerodrome located 4 nautical miles (7.4 km; 4.6 mi) southeast of Collingwood, Ontario, Canada, 45 km (28 mi) west of Barrie and 150 km (93 mi) north of Toronto. It is located in the township of Clearview, near Wasaga Beach and the ski hills of Blue Mountain.
Sorry I used my personal aircraft (I own N8081N in real life, so its my default aircraft in fs9) next one wont be so easy.
